MoFo Post #7: The Classic PB&J Toast

While there are a lot of strawberry flavoured things I don’t like, like strawberry ice-cream, my grandma makes some of the the best jams in the world. Her strawberry jam plays a crucial part in today’s toast “recipe”, along with smooth peanut butter. (Even though I’ve learned to recognize crunchy peanut butter as edible, it’s still reserved for savoury combinations.) What’s your favourite version of PB&J?

  1. I like smooth peanut butter. I’m not sure why but I’m a fan of chunky peanut butter. My sisten and I have made a few good jams… plum and fig. I think a PB&J with one of those jams is fantastic.
